A resident of block 349, #06-xxx has asked the following queries.
1) how is the S$30K payment be done? The direction wasn't given clearly. I am paying through CPF so how is it going about?
response- closer to the end of this year, HDB shall send the details abount the payment modes.
2) The cleanliness of the property -The place is getting more and more dirty please look into it.
response- the representatives have already taken up with the Management Agent. Residents please understand the limitations on the number of cleaners and frequency of cleaning due to the funds available. Residents should also play their part by not illegally disposing the bulk materials.
3) Management need to understand Confidential and Privacy issue especially online.
response- for displaying the comments online, the representatives should be able to assess the source of feedback is from a genuine resident owner. For that we need to know your full name, block and unit, mobile and emailID. We shall not publish the full name, unit number, mobile number and emailID online. Please understand, we must have those details for contactability.
